Before the day of construction, It's the homeowner’s responsibility to move any items that could be exposed or damaged during the roof replacement. We will also use cover tarps for outdoor AC Units, Pool Pumps, Pools, etc.

First, we need to have a free inspection to determine if your house has enough damage as to qualify and pursue a claim. After this, a claim has to be started with your insurance, either via online or over the phone (We can/will help you with this completely). Once the claim has been started, an insurance adjuster will schedule an appointment to inspect your house, for this visit CCT Contractors will have someone to act on your behalf and show where the damages are in order to get the claim approved. The insurance will make a decision within the next 3-7 business days, and if approved, it will send the first check to start the job. At this point, you will be given an approximate date to have your roof replaced and the contract for it. The entire process can take up to 3-4 weeks.
Once the insurance has approved the claim, there is a window of 2-4 weeks to start your replacement, and 1-2 days for it to be completed.

Yes, we provide 5-7 years for any type of damages occurred on the roofing after the installation. If you have leaks, missing shingles or any sort of damages, you can always call us and we will gladly take care of it.
Certainteed, Atlas or GAF are the brands we use primarily. The shingles and composition are the standard ones required by the insurances.
Yes, we have contractors for all these other jobs. When we file the claim for the roof, if the damages are related to the date of loss we're claiming, we will push for the insurance to also cover for this. The final determination is on the insurance end, and they will notify what structures they are covering either for repair or replacement via email to you.

We tend to start anywhere between 6-7am, and finish around 7-8pm. Depending on the size of your roof, it might take us an additional day, finishing in 2 days maximum.
Yes, once we finish the job, we provide and submit to the insurance all the necessary documentation in order to prove the finalization of the job, and so that the insurance releases the last payment to be forwarded to the contractor.
